Alliance Update - July 30, 2004

This is the latest in a series of updates regarding the Alliance.
Recently, we have been doing fairly extensive reorganization, following the buyout at the end of last year when seven of our employees left us. The changes to date are:
• Our Pre-Paid Tuition Program has been moved to our New Jersey office. The 800 number remains the same. New Jersey Associates Leslie Dunlevy and Jennifer Jannett are assuming this program, as well as the FAD/FAED programs.
• Our FAD/FAED Program has been moved to our New Jersey office. The 800 number remains the same.
• We have done some fairly minor modifications to Associate Director territories and you should see only slight changes.
• Three of our Associates have been newly assigned to support Field Associate Directors who work with local committees. You can expect to see Andi Leonard (Landover, MD), Virginia Wright and Toniya Robinson (Atlanta) at career days, etc. and they will be supporting Vic Haburchak, Jay Ott, Pat Bleecker and Walter Fields on a going-forward basis.
• We are also working to put in place a new group of ADs and Associates to carry out R&D-type work, as well as some of our National Programs, Quality, and Communications initiatives.
• With this reorganization, one of our Director-level managers, Betty Brown, has left the organization. Her duties have been picked up by Roger Ingram and Carol Leone, managers in our New Jersey location.
Once the reorganization is completed, we will update assignments on the Alliance website, www.employeegrowth.com.
We are happy to report this very important reorganization has been accomplished without layoffs.
As always, we ask anyone with leads for us to provide Alliance services to new clients to let us know. We do have our Alliance Business Opportunities Program that pays referral fees for any business we close.
