AT&T: Schedule Posting Change

To:  AT&T (Legacy T) CSSC, CNSC, & Small Business Center Locals

We were notified last week by the Company that, beginning in June, schedules will be posted ten days in advance.  This change includes Sacramento and Lee’s Summit CNSCs, Reynoldsburg and Indianapolis Small Business Centers, and the CSSCs in Fairhaven, Pittsburgh, Lee’s Summit, New York, Dallas, and El Paso.

This is a cautionary good news story.  The change will help our members with scheduling life events around their work schedules, making that aspect of their jobs less stressful.  Be advised, this does not replace the current contractual language, and the Company is not interested in changing the contract language.  So, keep in mind that this could be reversed in the future.  We would hope not, but with this company one never knows.
