Re: IRS 2008 Standard Mileage Rate Increase for Occupational Represented Employees covered under the 2005 Legacy AT&T, CWA, IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreements

The IRS has announced that effective July 1, 2008, the standard mileage rate for the cost of driving a vehicle for business purposes will increase from 50.5 to 58.5 cents per mile.

The AT&T mileage rate for business travel for CWA and IBEW represented employees will reflect the IRS rate of 58.5 cents per mile beginning July 1, 2008.
