Avaya: Business Expectations

To:  All Avaya Locals

We have been advised that managers have threatened workers when they don't click the "Submit" button.  We have been in contact with the Company; again, it is not a condition of employment that any worker sign anything or electronically click a "Submit" button.

If an employee chooses not to click "Submit" (which is basically an electronic signature), your supervisor will review the expectations document with you and then note that contact.  This is how it should be handled.

Please notify your Local if you encounter any other problems.
