The attached is a letter detailing a program available through Consumer Medical Research (CMR).  CMR is an exceptional resource made available by the Company for Active Employees and their Dependents.  If anyone would like additional information regarding CMR and the services they offer, please contact them at the telephone number and/or e-mail address provided in the attached pamphlet.  The letter and pamphlet will also be mailed to qualified plan participants during the month of July.
